Being born in a small town with a huge back garden gave this young up and coming singer/song writer a lot of creativity, from making up stories involving tigers and the jungle to acting out scenes from star wars.

Being taught from a young age to play blues by his father, this expanded Mikeys mind to produce creative music, with folk legends such as John Martyn, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor and others influencing and calming his playing. He then took onboard more complicated styles of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Rory Gallagher, BB King and Muddy Waters, with these influences mixed with modern artists such as James Morrison and Newton Faulkner has made this young man an exciting prospect.
