405 Focus: Benjamin Shaw

405 Focus: Benjamin Shaw

by The 405 (Google+), 01 December 2011

If a picture really is worth a thousand words, then Benjamin Shaw's 'Fill Me In' feature speaks volumes. It was creative, funny, dark and strangely optimistic - all characteristics of his music and his latest album There’s Always Hope, There’s Always Cabernet.

We caught up with Shaw at Ryan's Bar in Stoke Newington to talk about the album, his inspirations, David Cameron, hope and noise. He also performed 'How To Test The Depth Of A Well'.

You can watch the interview/session below, or via our new TV Section. It's also available via our Vimeo and Youtube pages.

If you fancy listening to the interview/session without the visuals, you can do so here:

405 Focus was recorded/edited by Louise and George Nindi.
