Baths announces new album Obsidian, listen to 'Miasma Sky'
Will Wiesenfeld, aka Baths, has announced his new album will be released this this May via Anticon.
The follow-up to 2010's Cerulean is titled Obsidian, and will be released on May 28th. The first cut from the album, 'Miasma Sky', can be heard in all its video game-esque quality below.

For King Midas the whole "everything he touched turned to gold" setup was a bit of an issue. Despite being a Greek myth, it's a pretty good metaphor for the past 18 months of Will Wiesenfeld's career, without the obvious pitfalls of everything that you touch turning into gold ("how did he go to the toilet?") and the obvious underlying 'moral of the story'. After weeks of deliberation, we can finally announce our Album of the Year 2010 winners (Readers' Poll & Staff Choice).
