First track from Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom soundtrack released
Director Wes Anderson usually holds high emphasis on his soundtracks, like for The Royal Tenenbaums, and Rushmore. So when word came out of his next project, Moonrise Kindgom, a story of young lovers running away, expectations were a bit lofty.
The first track from movie we’ve heard, which is due out 25 May in the U.S., is a percussion-laden instrumental orchestrated by Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh, and performed by Peter Jarvis and His Drum Corps. Check out the track below.
