KCRW announces benefit show featuring Jimmy Cliff, Iron & Wine, Anna Calvi, and more
The Los Angeles public radio station KCRW is known for its great taste--and throwing awesome parties. Their benefit concert, Are We Eclectic?, brings these elements together for two days of diverse performances at LA's Orpheum Theater. Tickets went on sale to KCRW members this morning at 10am, and are available to the general public October 11th at 10am. They can be purchased at KCRW.com.
December 2nd features reggae star Jimmy Cliff, Brett Dennen, Fool's Gold, White Denim, Other Lives (fresh from tour dates with Bon Iver), and Mia Doi Todd. December 3rd sees Iron & Wine, the Belle Brigade, Anna Calvi, Zee Avi, and the Secret Sisters. But don't be surprised if a few special guests turn up...

Following the release of her much loved and acclaimed self-titled debut effort, Anna Calvi is set to release second single 'Desire'. Available on June 20 through Domino, it'll include a cover of 'Joan Of Arc' by Leonard Cohen and is set to be released digitally and on 7" vinyl.
