Tori Amos announces first signing to her new label
Tori Amos has stepped into the producing game, launching her own label Transmission Galactic. While Amos will continue to release her work through the Deutsche Grammophon/Mercury Classics label, England band The Adventures Of … are the first to record through the Transmission Galactic label.
The band’s album Top Hats and Scary Tales is available immediately for digital release. As well, fans can download two tracks just by “liking” the band’s Facebook page, here. Check out the video for lead single ‘Complication’ below.

There was very little about the commercial reception which Tori Amos’ 1992 debut, Little Earthquakes, met with to indicate that its follow-up, Under The Pink, would garner the success that it did two years later. All things considered, Under The Pink remains the flame-haired singer-songwriter’s best performing record in the UK, reaching number 1 in the Album Chart and spawning two Top 10 hit singles.
