Exclusive Stream: Auclair - 'Jupiter + Venus' [Track of the Day]
Here's an exclusive glimpse of new work from experimental pop artist Auclair. Inspired by the titular planets' cosmic tango, the London-based producer draws from her Rwandan, Canadian and English heritage, enmeshing the bittersweet ballads of Serge Gainsbourg with Broadcast-esque swirls of psychedelic electronica.
Co-produced by Marc Pell of Micachu and the Shapes, 'Jupiter + Venus' is the lead single from Auclair's forthcoming EP, Semaphore, out on Kit Records this Summer. You can see her supporting White Hinterland for ATP at Birthdays, London, this Wednesday 14th May.
