Green Man Festival announce new additions, including Van Morrison
Green Man Festival have announced a wave of new acts to join the likes join Feist, Islet and of Montreal at the 10th anniversary event this Summer.
Van Morrison is to set to headline the Mountain stage on the Saturday, and he'll be joined that weekend by Daughter (pictured above), Beth Jeans Houghton, Megafaun, Psychemagik, Jamie N Commons, Joe Pug, Nick Mulvey, RM Hubbert and Tiny Ruins.
The festival takes place in Wales' Black Mountains, from August 17-19. Ticket information and the full line-up can be found by heading to greenman.net.
The pastoral folk of Bill Callahan's newest album Dream River makes him a perfect addition to the Welsh festival. The Drag City veteran will be performing in an exclusive UK performance and sings as if he can feel the history in the dirt of every landscape he sees, and once he's finished with the Glanusk Estate in Wales' Black Mountains you'll be able to too.
