Listen: Lostprophets' single 'Bring 'Em Down', remixed by 'Russell Bloc Party'
The fervent tapping of polished, black nails on keyboards everywhere signaled this somewhat unexpected pairing between Lostprophets and none other than 'Russell Bloc Party'.
Lissack’s remix of 'Bring ‘Em Down', which is set to be released alongside the single itself on March 26th, is a jittery reworking that resists the power chords right up until the 1.50 mark. Although it's not likely to be this year’s most groundbreaking work, it’s enjoyable, extremely danceable and it will certainly appeal to the Prophets’ army of fans.
‘Bring ‘Em Down’, the single, will be followed by Lostprophets’ 5th studio album entitled ‘Weapons’ which is released on April 5th.
