New Kanye West album is "done" says DJ Peter Rosenberg
DJ Peter Rosenberg, from New York City radio, has confirmed that the new, untitled, album from Kanye West is "done".
In the show clip below, Rosenberg reveals that Def Jam executives heard the new album last week and have described it as "dark". We'll give you more when we've got it.
When the call comes to start work on a new Kanye West record, you'd expect that the voice of God would boom from a burning bush and the required collaborators would set to work on the biblical task with a Noah-like work rate. After the announcement of several tour dates being either postponed or cancelled, Kanye West delighted fans in Los Angeles over the weekend at Odd Future's helmed "Camp Flog Gnaw" - a carnival and music festival. While the festivities saw performances from Frank Ocean, Flying Lotus, and Trash Talk, Saturday saw the surprise appearance of West during Tyler, the Creator's set.
