New LCD Soundsystem book to be released
If you're a fan of LCD Soundsystem then you probably have the t-shirt, you most likely went to see the movie, and if you were lucky you saw a show, but now you can own the book. 'LCD' is a collection of photographs (like the one above) taken by Ruvan Wijesooriya over their hugely successful career.
"All of Ruvan's pictures remind me of that feeling: that you're geographically fucked, and its all happening right now, somewhere else, without you," says Murphy. "There's an enormous amount of intimacy in them, and promise, and intrusion…"

This Friday sees Reading's SUB89 transform in New York's Madison Square Garden for one night only as Monkeysuit and Pulse Films team up to present a one off screening of LCD Soundsystem's historic farewell show. [read more]
