Send a Package is an American website that despite the misleading name, allows people to "Send a Package" to prison inmates. Universal have teamed up with the organisation in conjunction with the reissue of several key releases from artists such as Nas, Jay-Z, Biggie, and 2Pac. Intending to send care packages to inmates is undoubtedly, a good thing to do, but it's also given us a good excuse to show how hyped we are about this video of 2Pac rapping that was only recently seen for the first time.
