JK Rowling, the queen of Hogwarts, has announced that she has three new Harry Potter books ready for release. The Pottermore Presents series will combine short stories from the Pottermore website and include new writing from Rowling as well. It will be an ebook exclusive and be released on September 6.

Short Stories from Hogwarts: Of Power, Politics And Pesky Poltergeists, Short Stories from Hogwarts: Of Heroism, Hardship and Dangerous Hobbies, and Hogwarts: An Incomplete and Unreliable Guide will explore the "darker roots" of the wizarding world and reveal some backstories of some characters. As of now, there are no plans for physical releases, and digital copies will sell at $3 (£2.30) each.

"Pottermore Presents is intended to supplement the Harry Potter book series with short-form content that is entertaining and thematically curated by the Pottermore editorial team," Pottermore CEO Susan Jurevics told TIME.
