This past weekend, Saturday Night Live was hosted by comedian Louis CK. This was his fourth time hosting and in typical CK fashion, he kept his monologues controversial.

He opened with a joke about a chicken crossing the road because there was a Black man following behind him, but the part of the monologue that garnered the most attention was his witty discussion of White Privilege.

CK recalls staying at a swanky hotel and not receiving his laundry in a timely matter, which he says was the perfect time to evoke his privilege despite knowing it is wrong. The great thing about the satire is not his acknowledgement of the upper hand he has but his blatant honesty about using it.
