There’s a false narrative that many who pursue creative career paths do so out of choice. But once in a while, you come across someone that reminds you how false that is; that aspect of choice. Some people create because they need to, that it’s not a matter of ego or having bragging rights, but that it’s within their bones. That’s exactly the type of person Aysia Marotta is, and on this episode she goes into exactly what it means to her to be a creative. Aysia is a New York-based photographer who also directs/edits video and also tours with bands (she’s worked closely with acts such as The 1975, The Japanese House, The Candescents, etc).
