After spending quite some time sifting through Italian photographer Cristina Coral's portfolio, the most apt comparison I could make was that of Lynch, or Kubrick. Lynch for the sadness, and The Shining-era Kubrick for the colour and depth. Just take a look at her Rooms set below - there's a sense of sorrow and longing at play here.
