Nikkatsu, one of Japan's oldest movie studios, is relaunching its Roman Porno branch. Its involvement with "Romantic Pornography" (that gives the genre its name) began in 1971, after Nikkatsu's president at the time decided to shift the studio's focus from action films towards sexploitation flicks.

Anti-Porno, by Sion Sono, is Nikkatsu's Pink Film comeback; described as being "a feminist take on sexuality," the film premiered at French festival L'Étrange last year, but it will only hit Japanese theatres later this month. You can now watch the trailer below.
