Jay Z is heading out on a new venture to rid the stink of Tidal. The rap mogul has signed a two-year TV and film production deal with The Weinstein Company with the hope of producing "both scripted and unscripted television projects" in the future.

"Jay's ability to influence entertainment and pop culture has gone well beyond music for many years," co-chairman Harvey Weinstein says of the new deal. "He approaches every aspect of his career with both determination and effortlessness, making him one of the leading power players in entertainment history."
