Kevin Spacey's legal troubles keep building.

Almost a month ago, the Los Angeles County District Attorney announced they would not be pursuing further charges against the ex House of Cards star because of the statute of limitations on the allegation being up (that assault was alleged to have happened in 1992).

Now a new lawsuit from a so far anonymous male massage therapist has been filed.

The suit – which you can read here – gets into rather lurid detail of the events which allegedly happened in 2016. "Spacey assaulted and battered plaintiff by forcing plaintiff to touch his scrotum, testicles, and penis, grabbing plaintiff's shoulders and pulling him in for an apparent attempted forced kiss, and grabbing plaintiff's genitalia," the suit says.

The suit goes on, "During these assaults, plaintiff repeatedly asked Spacey to allow him to leave, but Spacey blocked access to Spacey's massage table and the door with his naked body."

The events in the suit have also been reported to the LAPD, as they are well within any statute of limitations on this class of crime.
