Peaky Blinders star and repeated Christopher Nolan collaborator Cillian Murphy is in talks to join the sequel to John Krasinski’s epic experiment in horror A Quiet Place, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Plot details are thus far mum, but a few sources say “Murphy will play a man with mysterious intentions who joins the family unit” (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe). Krasinski once again will direct.

The plan is for shooting to begin this summer with an eye to a 2020 release. Brad Fuller, Andrew Form, and Michael Bay are producing.

Stay tuned to The 405 for more on this as we hear it.
