It doesn't get more New York than Seinfeld. So it kind of makes sense that there would be an episode dedicated to 9/11, even though it would be difficult to cover the event on a comedy series in good taste. But comedy writer Billy Domineau, who has written for Saturday Night Live and The Onion wrote a spec script called The Twin Towers, that was set in the days following the attacks.

"I was helping someone write a sketch a few months back and told them theirs needed to be an exercise in bad taste, 'Like imagine if there was a 9/11 episode of Seinfeld...wait a minute,'" Domineau said.
