Isle of Dogs is director Wes Anderson's second feature-length animated film – after Fantastic Mr. Fox, which garnered two Oscar nominations after its 2009 release.

The film is done in stop-motion animation, and tells the story of Japan, 20 years in the future, where “canine saturation” has reached “epidemic proportions”. When an outbreak of dog flu happens, the government implements emergency measures – sending the dogs to “Trash Island”.

This sparks a young boy to scour the island in search of his lost dog Spot.

Bryan Cranston and Edward Norton voice the main pooches. The rest of the cast includes Jeff Goldblum, Bill Murray, Greta Gerwig, Kunichi Nomura, Courtney B. Vance, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, Scarlett Johansson, and Yoko Ono.

Isle of Dogs is scheduled for a March 23, 2018 release date. Enjoy the teaser trailer and full trailer below.
