Netflix has made a unprecedented (and surprising) move for streaming services by releasing The Cloverfield Paradox trailer during – and the film itself with such immediacy, right after Super Bowl LII – this Sunday February 4th.

Originally titled God Particle, The Cloverfield Paradox has the following synopsis, "After a scientific experiment aboard the space station involving a particle accelerator has unexpected results, the astronauts find themselves isolated. Following their horrible discovery, the space station crew must fight for survival."

The film was directed by Julius Onah and stars Elizabeth Debicki, Daniel Brühl, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw. Enjoy the trailer below and catch The Cloverfield Paradox on Netflix after the Super Bowl.
