On the heels of her mega hit Netflix executive-produced 13 Reasons Why(2017), and her films The Fundamentals of Caring, and In Dubious Battle, Selena Gomez has attached herself to a project with legendary director Woody Allen.

Details are scant at the moment, but we can say that like last year’s Café Society, the new film will be produced by Amazon Studios. Elle Fanning and Timothée Chalamet (2017’s Call me by Your Name) are also attached to the project.

In the mean time, Woody Allen’s new film Wonder Wheel (Justin Timberlake, Jim Belushi, Juno Temple, and Kate Winslet are attached to that project) will be premiering at the New York Film Festival in October. It is set for wider release by Amazon December 1.

The 405 will keep you updated on this as details emerge.
