Space Jam turns twenty years old this year, so of course that calls for a sequel. The Hollywood Reporter has stated that the follow up to the Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny classic film will star LeBron James and will be directed by Fast & Furious 6 and Star Trek Beyond director Justin Lin.

While rumors have circulated for months, information is finally being revealed. In July 2015, Warner Brothers and James inked a deal for his SpringHill Entertainment group right around the time that the studio renewed their trademark on the Space Jam brand.
