Stranger Things star David Harbour is joining Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh in Marvel's Black Widow – the stand-alone story of the former Avengers spook who became a prolific superhero. It is unclear as of now who Harbour will be playing, but the timing is interesting as Harbour is also the lead in April 12's Hellboy.

Fans have been clamoring for a Black Widow movie since 2010 when the character first appeared in Iron Man 2. Jac Schaeffer and Ned Benson are Black Widow's scribes with Cate Shortland (Lore) directing.

Variety is also reporting that Rachel Weisz is in talks to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe through Black Widow. This is, of course, fresh off her Oscar nomination for The Favourite. It is still early, but sources are saying the talks are favorable.

Not much else is known as of now, but head here to see a few other details. Stay tuned to The 405 for more on Black Widow as we hear it.
