It's hard to believe we've made it to nine podcasts. I'd like to thank my mum for keeping our listen counts up. Ha, who am I kidding; she doesn't listen to this.

This week's podcast is special to me because I finally got to take Adam to a movie I've been telling him about since we met. I saw Captain Fantastic at Sundance and knew instantly it would be in my top 10 of the year. I've been waiting for it to come out ever since so I could see it again with friends. When I've seen a film that's moved me I want to share that experience with other people. Spread the love, if you will.

It was just as good as I remembered - maybe even better. And I cried even harder I did than the first time because I knew everything that was coming. Adam will say there were onions in the cinema, though, and that's what made him tear up. Yup. Onions. Totally. You should go see it too! It's an incredibly special film.

And you know what else is special? (Damn, good segue there.) Central DOCS Club! We didn't have a lot of time to get into it on the podcast but the next one is on Monday: The Land of The Enlightened. It's an award-winning documentary and not to be missed.

Next week is also the week of Picturehouse Central's '90s Film All-Nighter. I'm mostly excited for Twister. Ugh, can't wait. Adam and I decided to come up with our own marathons too. Listen to the podcast and let us know what you think. What would your '90s marathon include?

Listen/download the podcast below. You can now also subscribe to it via iTunes. The 405 Podcast is brought to you in conjunction with our friends over at Picturehouse Central.
