The late Stieg Larsson's “Millenium” book series has another adaptation in the works. 2009 saw the first adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (directed by Niels Arden Oplev) followed by a second, more well-known adaptation in 2011 directed by David Fincher. 2009 also saw adaptations (both directed by Daniel Alfredson) of The Girl Who Played with Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest.

Now Fede Alvarez (director of Don't Breathe) has penned and is directing another adaptation of Larsson's work, The Girl in the Spider's Web. Claire Foy is the intelligent, scrappy hacker Lisbeth Salander, who kicks some serious ass in the trailer (see it below). The film also stars Sverrir GudnasonLakeith Stanfield, Sylvia Hoeks, Stephen Merchant, Claes BangChristopher ConverySynnøve Macody Lund and Vicky Krieps.

The last chapter of The Dragon Tattoo series hits theaters 9 November. Enjoy the trailer below.
