This Icelandic beauty made her initial mark on the music scene as a member of the seven piece indie-folk band, Seabear. But, in 2010, Sóley decided to explore a solo career with the well-received release of her first ever EP Theatre Island.

Playing since the tender age of 4, along with a study focus in classical composition, Sóley has mastered the sound of the piano, and her recent debut full-length pop album entitled We Sink has been described as a mixture of "sweet and weird," which is spot on really.

We recently got a chance to chat with her about it all, from her passion for piano, to the new world she creates with her lyrics.
