"It’s all thanks to 'The Moose', a weekly jam session in Bergen, Norway that Fredrik, Njal, Linn, and Richard met and formed Megaphonic Thrift."

Having been on the road for the past two years, showcasing their debut noise pop album, the trio also took this time to work on some new material. Each member stepping out of their comfort zone and bringing new sounds and lyrics to the table, they threw it all together in the studio and came out with their latest album.

Not being afraid to sound too 'pop-ish', these four are confident that this new dynamic sound has brought them a step closer to what Megaphonic Thrift is really all about.

The interview was recorded/edited by George and Louise Nindi. You can catch the band tonight at the Buffalo Bar in London.
