This absolutely sucks to write. KVUE.com has reported that a fourth person has died from the horrific car crash that took place at this year's SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas. The crash has claimed the life of 18 year old De’Andre Tatum of Fort Worth, Texas, who had been in a medically induced coma since the 13 March crash.

Steven Craenmehr, 35, from the Netherlands, and 27 year old Jamie Ranae West from Austin were both pronounced dead at the scene. A few days later Sandy Le of Pass Christian, Mississippi passed away from injuries as well.

The car's driver, Rashad Owens of Killen, TX, has been charged with one count of capital murder and could face the death penalty. He is currently being held at the Travis County Jail with bail set at $3 million dollars. He was driving while under the influence of alcohol to the venue he was set to play Wednesday, when police attempted to pull him over at a DUI checkpoint. He evaded the police and turned onto Red River street where he hit 20 pedestrians and then crashed into a moped and van on East 11th.
