Always ones to honour good causes with great events, The Book Club are putting on a tribute to James Gandolfini by screening the best three Sopranos episodes of all time, as chosen by their online followers and fans.

The basement will be transformed into a little corner of New Jersey, with food from The Sopranos Family Cookbook, candy cigars and a few card games. Real money won't be changing hands (probably for the best...) but we're assured there'll be a few fake dollar bills in circulation.

Read our 'In Memoriam' article on Gandolfini.

There definitely won't be any strippers, but there definitely will be some hard liquor. Tony Soprano was one of the best characters in TV history played superbly by one of the best actors of our time, so go along and relive the glory. R.I.P a great man taken far, far too early.

The night goes down on Tuesday 2nd July, 6.30pm-11.30pm and entry is free!

In case you've never been there before, The Book Club is at 100-106 Leonard Street, Shoreditch.
