A global security breach at Spotify recently has led to a list of hundreds of user email addresses being exposed on Pastebin, according to TechCrunch. While the streaming service is denying the hack, a number of users have reportedly complained to the company that they had their details compromised over the past few days.

In Spotify's statement to TechCrunch, they insure that passwords have been changed to protect the effected user base: "We monitor Pastebin and other sites regularly. When we find Spotify credentials, we first verify that they are authentic, and if they are, we immediately notify affected users to change their passwords."
