A Canadian substitute teacher from Vancouver has been given a five-day suspension for playing Lonely Island and Duck Sauce videos to a 10th grade class. The English teacher, Cory Rae Steeves played 'I'm on a Boat' and 'Big Bad Wolf' as examples of satire, although he warned students they might be offended.

While Steeves, "admits" that his behaviour "constitutes professional misconduct," he must now take a course called Reinforcing Respectful Professional Boundaries. Nothing involving The Lonely Island has ever been serioous.
