Action Bronson's anticipated new project Blue Chips 7000 is finally out this Friday. And to celebrate, the Queens rapper as released a brand new single featuring Rick Ross. '9-24-7000' sees Bronson at his peak with production by frequent collaborator, Harry Fraud.

Ahead of Friday's release, Action Bronson sat down with Zane Lowe for an interview, where he discussed the main reason behind his album tardiness: Sample clearing. "Honestly I used ridiculous samples that sometimes take a little longer to clear," he said. "But trust me. Trust me. It's heat. There's a reason why I go through all these great lengths to clear these samples and have it no other way. There's something to that sound. They were doing something correct back then. Why fuck it up and mess with it?" Listen below.
