Two years after the release of his AHJ EP, Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. has announced his third official full-length LP, Momentary Masters.

Sticking with Cult Records, the label of Strokes' figurehead Julian Casablancas, Hammond Jr.'s newest solo venture takes a slight departure from his previous EP, which notoriously featured him on every instrument (sans drums). This go-around, Hammond Jr. gets some help with a proper backing band comprised of: Mon Khmer member Hammarsing Kharhmar, Mikey Hart of Bleachers, bassist Jordan Brooks, and drummer Jeremy Gustin of Delicate Steve.

Featured on the ten-track album, out July 31st, is the new, engaging guitar pop romp 'Born Slippy'. Check it out below and pre-order Momentary Masters on iTunes and at the Vagrant online store.
