Alt-J have been playing a new slow-paced track at their live shows. 'Warm Foothills' was first added to the band's line-up during their Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium shows and has now become a regular after its successful reception at Reading and Leeds last weekend.

Although keyboard player Gus Unger-Hamilton recently said the band wouldn't be working in new material at least until September so they could dedicate themselves thoroughly to their touring commitments, the indie-rock quartet is now composing the score for new film Leave To Remain before heading the studio to record An Amazing Wave's successor.
