This Friday sees the release of the first potential musical love of 2019: Angelo De Augustine's utterly delightful Tomb. Just to keep us sated as we count down the final hours to its release, De Augustine has released another quiet stunner in the form of 'You Needed Love, I Needed You'.

A delicate finger-picked ballad full of scorching honesty and tenderness, 'You Needed Love, I Needed You' is the perfect soundtrack for a contemplative and frosty January morning. Already devastating enough in its studio form, De Augustine has provided a double whammy of 'You Needed Love, I Needed You' by also releasing a live-in-studio duet version with regular collaborator Sufjan Stevens. Find yourself wrapped in whimsy by listening to both versions of the song below.
