Ariana Grande and her super-producer accomplice David Guetta are being sued by Alex Griggs for allegedly ripping off melodies for their single 'One Last Time.' Alex, who wrote Skye Stevens' 2012 hit 'Up All Night', claims that Grande's single is similar in the form of melodies, chorus and arrangement.

Stevens had reportedly sent out a cease-and-desist letter regarding the similarities before, which were ignored by Grande and her label, Universal Music Group. He is now suing Grande, Guetta and UMG for $150,000 per infringement, and demands the label to stop making profits from the song.
