Producer Munchi is known for his fantastic work, and from the looks of it a certain hip-hop up-and-comer may have liked one of his songs a bit too much, well, at least to the point of legality. Azealia Banks was due to release her new single 'Esta Noche' for commercial use but alas, Munchi didn't give Banks permission to use the entire song as her new single (with her vocals added).

Reportedly, Banks and her representatives offered Munchi twenty five thousand dollars and a public apology for not obtaining his permission to use 'Esta Noche'. If you look below, that offer wasn't too warmly received by Munchi on Twitter...

"Tell your camp the deal is off I don’t want your fucking $25.000. Fuck off. Go be a puppet bitch to someone else."

He also took to Facebook to air his grievances, saying he was "disrespected 11 times in total and still they thought it was ok to just give me a sum of money for my integrity."

And for Banks' response...

"k so esta noche won't be being released today because @originalmunchi thinks I'm in the illuminati… I'm being very serious right now. I'm cracking up right now… This is a first."

"I'm still shooting the esta noche video tomorrow . *kanye shrug*"

It will be interesting to see how team Banks manages to get around this one...
