It looks as though Baauer and Mad Decent might have to do the 'Harlem Shake' towards an ATM machine if two artists have their way.

According to The New York Times, Hector Delgado and Jayson Musson can be found on the track that is currently sitting pretty at the top of the Billboard charts.

Neither artist gave their permission to feature on the track, and thus Baauer and Mad Decent might have to hand them some of the money they made on the 816'000 digital copies sold so far (according to Nielsen SoundScan).

"We can turn around and stop that song." says Delgado's manager Javier Gomez. "That's a clear breaking of intellectual property rights."
