There was immediate outpouring of tributes when Chicago house legend Frankie Knuckles died last month at the age of 59, but one just showed up that might trump them all, because it's from the President of the United States.

It may just be a simple condolences letter signed by Barrack Obama and the first lady and sent to Knuckles' friends and family, but it speaks to the legacy the man leaves behind, and it's hard to imagine an individual receiving a higher honour. See the letter below.
