Natasha Khan, aka Bat for Lashes, has lent her vocals to a new collaboration with London band, Toy. 'The Bride' is a cover of an Iranian song by Amir Rassaei called 'Aroos Khanom'. It features a tinkling piano and pure drums, with a deep bass and rooted guitars holding it all together.

Khan’s vocal is passionate as the beginning repeats, "Now my heart is sitting in my chest with no one to confide in."

'The Bride', competed in five hours, will be released on 1st July via 7" label, Speedy Wunderground – the label founded by producer Dan Carey, who has previously worked with Bat for Lashes and Franz Ferdinand among others.
