A year after its formal debut, Hackney festival MIRRORS has officially announced its 2016 date and newest headliner Bat For Lashes.

Just days after Bat For Lashes revealed her newest album The Bride, the London native has been slated to appear alongside the likes of Allah-Las, Fucked Up, Diarrhea Planet, Cherry Glazerr, and many more for the forward-thinking autumn festival, taking place October 29th in four East London locations (up from three the previous year).

On the news, festival promoter Scott O'Neil writes; "We are very excited about this year's lineup. Building on the sellout success of our inaugural year we are honoured to have one of our longtime favourite artists Bat For Lashes as our headliners. Whilst I would personally tip every single band on the lineup, if anyone fancies losing themselves to one of the most high energy punk rock bands on the planet - then check out Diarrhea Planet, they blew me away when I saw them at The Independent in San Francisco earlier this year, and this will be their first ever London show."

Early bird tickets for the event are available now. Head to the official MIRRORS Facebook page for more news on the event and to check out the other entrants on the roster.
