Last year toy company GoldieBlox used Beastie Boys' 'Girls' in an advert, which subsequently went viral. Beastie Boys weren't too happy about this because they've never allowed their music to be used in adverts, plus it was stated in Adam Yauch's will that he didn't want it to happen in the future either.

GoldieBlox suggested their parody was covered under the Fair Use Doctrine, though the band claimed it was copyright infringement. The Hollywood Reporter have claimed the two parties have settled the case, though the full details have yet to emerge.
