Irrational Games have finally announced the DLC for their smash hit, Bioshock Infinite.

The first pack, Clash In The Clouds, is a series four challenge maps, and it's available to download today. Personally, I wasn't too won over by the combat in Bioshock Infinite (much more a fan of the atmosphere and story), so I can't say I'll be rushing home with a spring in my step. Check out the trailer below.

What HAS got me super excited is the announcement of Burial at Sea, a story expansion pack set in Rapture the day before everything goes south. The teaser trailer is dripping with Film Noir staples, with Booker playing the archetypal Private Dick and Elizabeth the femme fatale. It looks absolutely gorgeous, and is sure to delight fans who've been desperate to see what life was like in Rapture before the fall. Check out the trailer below.

In a recent interview with IGN, Ken Levine unveiled that the second episode of DLC pack, Buried At Sea, will allow players to take control of Elizabeth, with less of an impetus on combat:

"When you play Elizabeth, it’s even more towards a survival horror game [...] I just played the first prototype of her the other day. We’re almost in beta on part one of the Rapture one. We’re at sort of early stages of the second part, where you play Elizabeth, but I’ve played a prototype of what it’s like to play her. It feels very different. We’re mostly working on the systems side to make things feel different."

You can download Clash In The Clouds today from PSN, XBLA and Steam for £2.99 - alternatively, you can get the season pass and pay £15.99 for all upcoming DLC . There's no official release date for the first episode of Burial At Sea as of yet, but keep your eyes peeled.
