Black Midi have their highly anticipated debut album Schlagenheim coming out tomorrow through Rough Trade, but for those whose excitement is too much, they've shared another new track from it today called 'Ducter'.

The new track begins with a skeletal, pulse-like guitar line, luring the listener in like a trail of breadcrumbs. Things quickly take a turn for the more batshit and thrilling from there.

Perhaps even more exciting is the video for 'Ducter', created by Anthrox Studio (formerly of Rockstar Games, who brought us Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto), who have also provided the excellent press pics Black Midi have been using. Speaking about working with the band, Anthony Macbain and Roxie Vizcarra of Anthrox Studio said:

“After meeting with the band and discussing some broad concepts they had in mind, we could immediately tell this would be a dream project... Using a few of the bands’ influences as a springboard, we were given total creative freedom with which to make something we believed both complemented the band’s aesthetic and told the story we wanted to tell. From the very beginning, everything seemed to come together organically, and the result is something we feel is enigmatic and unique.”
