L.A.-based Bleached have unveiled the visuals for 'Can You Deal?', the title-track from their brand new EP which is out now via Dead Oceans.

The Ryan Baxley-directed clip has a slightly dystopian aesthetic that derives from the track's own theme: frustration towards gender compartmentalisation in music.

"When Ryan told us his idea for this video we were excited because it reminded us of a Twilight Zone episode," explains vocalist Jennifer Clavin. "In this story, our "human band" is viewed as extraterrestrial to the alien world, and we are trying to put an end to the exploitive media station known as "Singular World News". We loved the idea of taking what this song is about, how being women in music is still viewed as a novelty, to a more dramatic level where we the humans are the aliens in this alternate society."
