I am a very lazy person, something that obviously reflects on my new music and film discoveries: I tend to let things come to me instead of actively searching for them, maybe because whenever I make that type of effort my Virgo ass comes out to play and I always overdo it. This passivity sometimes results in that dreadful 21st century self-revolving loop of never stepping out of your own cultural (or other) comfort zone, eventually becoming unaware of everything that happens outside your bubble.

For that reason, and apart from an amazing exclusive mixtape from Bonjour Motherfuckers' chéris Grand Veymont, I decided to make sure this edition of your favourite new French music column only featured artists I had never written or even heard about before. From Paris, with seasonal over-polluted snowflakes of amour.

Grand Veymont share 3-hour mix of their favourite tracks and inspirations

We proudly begin this new edition of Bonjour Motherfuckers by presenting you with an exclusive 3-hour mix by duo Grand Veymont, who've put together their favourite tracks and inspirations for our listening pleasure. Featuring the likes of Amedeo Tommasi, Ravi Shankar, Serge Gainsbourg, Os Mutantes, Sun Ra, John Cale, Bridget St John, and many more, Radio Grand Veymont is an excellent sonic companion to the band's debut UK release: their self-titled LP is out now via Outré, and you can check out their upcoming UK tour dates here.

Accident announce new EP, share first single 'Dernier Voyage'

A full nine years after their debut album, space-synth duo Accident are back with a brand new EP which is due out on March 11th via Little John. Dernier Voyage is preceded by its title-track, an 80s-tainted first single that now gets the appropriate visual treatment you can see above. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the full EP; it's bound to be an absolute banger.

LeonxLeon releases Rokanbo EP

Among the (many) EPs released last month that are definitely worth your time is Antoine Dautruche a.k.a. LeonxLeon's brilliant Rokanbo, a five-track electronic disco beauty whose warm 80s house undertones happily marry an acidic, slightly-nostalgic tropical synthpop. This elegant and promising collection is out now via Cracki Records, coming highly recommended for all fans of Italo-disco-meets-French-Touch. You can stream it in full above.

Coral Pink share new single 'School Boy'

After having released 'Once In A While' last December, Paris-based duo Coral Pink are back with a brand new soft jazzy track called 'School Boy' that is bound to please fans of indie-bedroom Pop like Mockasin's and L.A. Priest's Soft Hair. The addictive tune is out now via Nice Guys/Délicieuse Musique, and serves as a pretext for a five-date France tour that will see them playing two Paris shows. Check out 'School Boy' above.

Limousine unveil video for 'Autoroute'

Paris-based quartet Limousine have announced they'll be releasing a new LP on March 22nd via Ekleroshock: l'été suivant is their fourth proper full-length, and it arrives a full five years after Slam Roads. The album is previewed via this amazing 'Autoroute', an energetic and hypnotising tune that seems to point towards a very exciting cinematic space-Pop direction; you can watch the live session at Studio Atlas above.

Yes, we keep adding new stuff to our ongoing Bonjour Motherfuckers playlist, currently on its season 2 (you can find season 1 here). Check it out below and don't forget to subscribe for regular additions of French goodness.
