Bay Area black metal band Bosse-de-Nage has announced that they will be releasing a new album called Further Still on September 14th via The Flenser. Further Still will be the band's fifth album, following on from 2015's On All Fours.

The first track to be shared from Further Still is the blasting 'Crux'; a four-minute expulsion of energy. Where previous Bosse-de-Nage songs have typically been twice the length or more, 'Crux' packs all of the same amount of ideas and thrills in, showing that over a decade since their inception, Bosse-de-Nage are still finding ways to recalibrate their sound. 'Crux' sounds both modern and primal, and suggests that Further Still could be the most exciting and surprising Bosse-de-Nage album to date. Check out 'Crux' below.

Bosse-de-Nage's Further Still comes out September 14th and can be pre-ordered from The Flenser.
